Isaiah Cooper Continues His Rise with Dominant Double-Double

Strictly Business guard Isaiah Cooper delivered one of the strongest performances of the young PBL season and has officially earned Week 2 PGS Cover Athlete of the Week honors.

In a major 66-55 victory over No Limit, Cooper led the way with a dominant all-around performance:

  • 24 Points

  • 10 Rebounds

  • 3 Assists

  • 3 Steals

Cooper was highly efficient throughout the game, shooting 8-of-13 from the field while knocking down 4-of-7 from three-point range. His ability to score at all three levels, combined with his defensive activity and rebounding effort, helped Strictly Business improve to 1-1 on the season.

The performance also marked new PBL career highs for Cooper in both points and rebounds.

Now in his second PBL season, Cooper continues building on the momentum he established with the Detroit Ballerz during Summer 2025, where he averaged nearly 20 points per game while shooting efficiently from both the field and beyond the arc.

Through seven career PBL games, Cooper is averaging:

  • 16.0 Points Per Game

  • 5.7 Rebounds

  • 1.9 Assists

  • 1.6 Steals

  • 44.7% Field Goal Shooting

  • 37.2% from Three

This summer, Cooper appears to be taking another leap.

Through two games with Strictly Business, he is averaging a double-double with:

  • 16.5 Points

  • 10.0 Rebounds

  • 2.5 Assists

More importantly, his impact extends beyond the stat sheet. Cooper’s length, scoring ability, defensive energy, and versatility continue making him one of the most dangerous two-way guards in the PBL.

With Strictly Business currently ranked No. 15 in the league and beginning to find its rhythm, Cooper’s emergence could become a major factor in the team’s rise throughout the season.

Week 2 belonged to Isaiah Cooper.
