• Establish a core roster of committed players. Committed players are players that have not signed to play with another team in the Crosstown or PBL.

• Develop team culture and identity. Detail and Organization are key to the success

• Focus on consistent performance across the 10-week regular season. Being on time for all deadlines and games. Consistency off the court is just as important on the court.


Step 2: Master the P2K Rating System

Your team's success isn't just about wins and losses. Our proprietary P2K Rating System evaluates: It is very vital and of the utmost importance when establishing a prominent organization.
